Eco-tourusim becoming dominant over regular tourism? Will conventional tourism such as visiting museums, historic sites, Paris, Vegas, etc. end? The reason I ask is I’m not into eco-tourism.

No, eco tourism will never be prevalent. Museums and other cultural icons (such as washington DC, and city tours) will never lose their #1 appeal.
Tourism fluxuates, especially when the price of gasoline and tickets increase. Most people will never use their vacation for an “ego” purpose though.
