These are some of things I’ve done on holiday,
Cleared and dug out a choked canal
Repaired a steam locomotive
Worked for the National Trust
Worked on an archaeological dig
Worked on a fossil hunt
Run around Salisbury Plain playing soldiers
Rendered, painted and decorated my mate’s house in Greece
House sat for a friend of a friend who owns a mansion
………………….but now I’m older, fatter and lazier – I just lie on the beach.
Do a number themed vacation. Pick a number, for example 13, and choose the 13th country in the world listed alphabetically, the 13th city in that country listed alphabetically, stay in a hotel that is numbered 13 on the street, etc etc.
