Would making man-made Islands with large Government protected forests be good for the Environment or Bad?

I know it would take away places for fish to swim you could alaways add on coast land to countries who are losing thier forests in order to start farming and raising cattle such as Brazil or Small islands who like to have more land. Also the Eco-Tourism could attract more visitors and help the countries economy.

where to get the land and soil from?
the mountain?
if every country does that, the sea will rise and flood will conquer the qorld, as the volume of liquid does not change,it will rise as it has less space for themselves

No, no, no! Any time man he knows better than nature and tries to engineer the environment we end up with bigger problems than the ones we were trying to fix in the first place. The best bet is to attempt to repair damaged environments and restore them to the way nature had intended them.
